HOW TO SEND US YOUR ORDER
A step by step guide
This is how the system works (it's really simple!!):

1. Click the "Let's Get Started" link at the bottom of the page.

2. Fill out all the details on the form. This includes choosing your design, shirt colors and, if relevant, print colors. You may either select one of our designs or upload your own Custom design. If you are sending a custom file it MUST be either a JPEG or a GIF file. If you need help, call us on 1-877-4petees.
   
   Remember to note down the password you decide to use so you can come back to www.PETees.com and log in to your account. Your username will be the email address you enter in the form.

3. We will create a proof copy and you will receive an email to let you know it is ready. When you receive that email come back to www.PETees.com and log in (bottom left of the menu). Remember, your username is your email address.

4. When you have looked at the proof and are happy with it enter your full name in the box and click the approve button. Please note, after clicking APPROVE no changes can be made.

5. We will then create two order forms for you - a Classroom Tally Sheet and an Order Form. Print out the Classroom Tally Sheet and Order Forms and make enough copies for each teacher/class. Give each teacher a copy and have them distribute them to each of their students.

6. When students return their Order Forms and payments, the teacher fills in the Classroom Tally Sheet and turns it in along with the money to the Field Day Co-ordinator.

7. Once all Classroom Tally Sheets have been received, you are ready to place your final order. You may either:
   
   a). Print out the School Order Form from our website, manually enter the numbers and fax it to PETees at 864 289-0660, or
   
   b). Enter the information online and send it electronically.
   
   Either way, you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received along with an invoice and a shipping date.

8. Once you receive your shirts, simply distribute them according to the Classroom Tally Sheets from which the orders were generated.
